Sell season and weekly passes
A season pass gets one person into every game left; a weekly pass covers one week’s games. Set them up under Passes.
Group your games into a season and sell passes that work at more than one game: a season pass for every game left, and, if you like, a weekly pass for one week’s games. One pass per person. Buyers pay online; passes aren’t sold at the gate.
Set up a season
- On your dashboard, tap Passes (owners and admins).
- Tap New season, give it a name, and tick the games it includes.
- Add one or more pass types, for example Adult and Student. Leave the season price blank to charge the total of the ticket prices for the games left, or enter a full-season price such as $60. To sell weekly passes too, tick Sell weekly passes too. A season limit on how many season passes can be sold is optional.
- Choose whether buyers pay the TixFlo and card fees, then tap Save season. It’s saved as a draft.
- Tap Publish. The passes page goes live and each game’s ticket page shows Coming to more games? with a season pass link, plus a weekly pass link for that game’s week if you sell them. Use Copy link to share it, or point a reusable QR code at it.

How passes work
- Each pass gets one person into each game in the season, once per game. A family buys one pass per person; each pass has its own QR code.
- Passes cover the games that hadn’t started when they were bought. A game that’s already under way isn’t included.
- Gate staff scan passes like tickets: in the Game Day app, on a scanner link or in the Admin scanner. A second scan at the same game shows Already scanned.
- Passes show up in the Game Day Look up tab by the buyer’s email, where staff can resend them. Buyers can also get them from Find my tickets.
Weekly passes
- A week runs Monday to Sunday, by the date where each game is played.
- Leave a pass type’s weekly price blank and it costs the total of that week’s ticket prices for the games still to come. An Adult pass adds up each game’s Adult ticket; if a game has no ticket with the same name, its lowest ticket price is used. So a 3-game week with $5 Adult tickets is $15, and $10 once the first game has started.
- Enter a weekly price to charge that instead, every week, however many games are left.
- A weekly pass covers that week’s games that hadn’t started when it was bought. A pass type that comes to less than $1 for a week (for example, no tickets set up yet) isn’t offered that week.
- Buyers pick the week on the passes page. Each week is on sale until its last game starts.
- Weekly passes aren’t counted against the season limit.
- Once every game left is in one week, season passes stop selling and buyers get a weekly pass for those games instead.
- Scanned at a game in another week, a weekly pass shows Don’t admit.
- To stop selling weekly passes, untick Sell weekly passes too. Weekly passes already sold keep working.
Price and fees
With no season price, a season pass costs the total of the ticket prices for the games left. An Adult pass adds up each game’s Adult ticket; if a game has no ticket with the same name, its lowest ticket price is used. A pass type with no ticket prices to add up isn’t sold until there are some.
With a season price, the price drops in equal steps as games start: full price × games left ÷ games in the season, to the cent. A $60 pass for 4 games costs $45 after the first game and $30 after the second. Sales stop when the last game starts.
The TixFlo fee is charged per game: your per-ticket fee × the games the pass covers, for each pass. Canceled games don’t count.
Changes during the season
- You can add or remove games at any time with Edit. Pass holders get into games you add, at no extra charge, and can no longer use their pass at games you remove.
- Canceled games show as Canceled on the season and pass pages. Passes aren’t refunded for canceled or rescheduled games: buyers see “Games may change” before they pay.
- Unpublish stops sales. Passes already sold keep working.
- A season with orders can’t be deleted.
Report
Tap Report on a season to see passes sold (season and weekly), pass revenue, TixFlo fees, how many pass holders came to each game, and every order. Weekly orders show their week.

Good to know: Season passes can’t be refunded from TixFlo yet. If you refund a pass in Square, the pass stops working. Organizations using Stripe Tax can’t sell passes yet.
